About MESA
In 1999, the medical equipment supplier associations in Arkansas (MESAA), Louisiana (MEDAL), Oklahoma (OADMEC) and Texas (TAMED) merged into one regional association--the Medical Equipment Suppliers Association (MESA). With this merger came an opportunity to expand membership benefits to fit the changing needs of members. In addition, the merger created a regional HME association (MESA) with a stronger national presence.
At its meeting during the All-Star Conference 2006, the Board of Directors of the Medical Equipment Suppliers Association (MESA) took a step in expanding the organization's borders by voting to add New Mexico to its service area.
Membership in MESA provides you with timely information from Jurisdiction C. This means an opportunity to submit written questions to the Council ... and have them answered. It also means that your executive director and/or representatives from your association attend quarterly meetings of the Jurisdiction C Council and report the news directly back to you.
